• The itinerary is subject to road, weather, traffic and local conditions and may be adjusted accordingly.  
• Check-in and check-out times will be as per the respective hotel’s standard policy. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.  
• The suggested sightseeing schedule may be modified depending on arrival/departure timings, weather conditions and operational restrictions.  
• Hill-station roads to Munnar and Thekkady are winding. Guests prone to motion sickness are advised to carry suitable medication.  
• Munnar and Thekkady sightseeing may be affected by heavy rainfall, landslides, traffic restrictions or local authority regulations.  
• Activities such as boating, wildlife visits and adventure activities are subject to weather, safety conditions and availability.  
• Entry to Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary/Thekkady and boating activities is subject to availability and applicable government/forest department regulations.  
• Kumarakom’s backwater and boating experiences are subject to weather conditions, water levels and operational availability.  
• Guests should carry valid photo identification for hotel check-in and sightseeing/activity bookings.  
• Hotel rooms are generally allotted according to the number of guests and room category mentioned in the booking.  
• Any room upgrade, special meal, additional bed, extra mattress, or special request will be subject to availability and additional charges. • Meals included in the package will be provided according to the hotel’s fixed menu/meal plan. Unused meals cannot normally be exchanged for cash or other services.  
• Any sightseeing point that is closed due to weekly closure, maintenance, weather, government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances will not be compensated separately.  
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, tips, beverages, shopping and other incidental expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.  
• Any increase in fuel prices, taxes, entry fees, government charges, transportation costs or other statutory charges after confirmation may be payable additionally.  
• Guests are requested to maintain the driver’s prescribed duty hours and cooperate with the driver during transfers and sightseeing.  
• The vehicle will generally be provided as per the itinerary and package inclusions; additional usage outside the agreed itinerary may attract extra charges.  
• Guests are advised to keep valuables, cash, jewellery and important documents secure at all times. The travel agency/hotel will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.  
• In case of flight/train delays, cancellations, natural calamities, strikes, road closures or other circumstances beyond the agency’s control, additional expenses may apply.  
• Any cancellation, amendment or refund will be governed by the applicable hotel, transport and service-provider cancellation policies.  
• Guests are advised to carry comfortable clothing, walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, rain protection and light warm clothing, especially for Munnar and Thekkady.  
• During monsoon or adverse weather conditions, travellers should follow local safety advisories and instructions from authorities, hotels and drivers.  
• The final itinerary and services will be provided strictly according to the confirmed booking and package inclusions.
